Asphalt Maintenance
PSP utilizes a new technology with its Kasi Infrared Asphalt Truck. It works by using infrared rays to heat the asphalt back to the temperature when originally installed. This makes the asphalt malleable, eliminating cut lines and seams which prevents future entryways for water. Unlike conventional methods, this process requires very little new asphalt, and asphalt waste won’t be sent to the landfill thus making this a more environmentally friendly method.
PSP sealcoats any asphalt surface from driveways to large commercial parking lots. We offer striping on top of new sealcoating, concrete, and asphalt projects. Crack sealing is offered with sealcoat projects.
Asphalt Services:
The truck works by using infrared rays to heat the asphalt to 325 degrees, the same temperature it was when it was originally laid down. This makes the asphalt malleable. Unlike other methods, this process requires very little new asphalt, and damaged chunks won’t be sent to the landfill.
