Matt’s roots with Pro Sweep Plus run deep. He still remembers the warm spring morning he first walked into the original 10×10 office on Idaho Street and told his then-girlfriend, “I’m going to own this company someday.”

Fifteen years of hard work, a few crazy stories, and an unshakable vision later, he’s now sitting in the captain’s chair. Today, from a new, larger facility on North Reserve, Matt leads an exceptional team that shares his passion. He still believes the only way to earn a living is by working outside—whether in sideways rain, blazing sun, or a white-out blizzard. That “get after it” attitude flows from the top down, ensuring our crews are always ready to deliver for our customers.

As the Operations Manager, Dylan Pyron is the central hub for our field operations, coordinating crews and ensuring every project is executed to the highest standard. Bringing the invaluable perspective of a former business owner in the trucking industry, Dylan has a deep understanding of logistics, efficiency, and client service. His expertise was immediately apparent upon joining the team; his profound knowledge of sealcoating and asphalt work, combined with an unmatched work ethic, led to his rapid advancement from Laborer to Manager in just two years. Whether he’s running a complex paving project or leading the charge as the foreman of our snowplow crews, Dylan is driven by a single goal: making it perfect for the customer, every single time.

Kelli started her accounting journey at a CPA firm in Orlando in 1998, this work led her to earn master’s degrees in both accounting and taxes. After moving to her beloved Montana in 2006, she discovered her true passion is running the accounting department of a business where she can do a little bit of everything. After a brief stint out of state, she was thrilled to move back in 2023 and join the Pro Sweep Plus team, ready to keep the numbers in line and the office laughing.
